Auto parts processing includes blanking, bending, drawing, forming, and finishing, etc. The materials for stamping parts processing are mainly hot-rolled or cold-rolled (mainly cold-rolled) metal plates, such as carbon steel plates, alloy steel, spring steel, galvanized plates, tin plates, stainless steel plates, copper and copper alloy plates, aluminum and aluminum alloy plates, etc.

The hardness detection of auto parts uses a Rockwell hardness tester. Small stamping parts or those with complex shapes cannot be detected. The PHP series of portable Rockwell hardness testers is used to test the hardness of such metal stamping electronic parts.

Hardness testing is very important in stamping parts processing. It can be divided into the following three parts:

  2. Hardness detection of the mold
  3. Hardness test for intermediate and finished stamping parts.
