A Bearing Preload Disc Spring is a dedicated elastic component for bearing pre-tightening, available in two series with standardized annular structural design:
- Grooved Series: Features radial grooves for enhanced radial flexibility and stress release, ideal for high-speed precision bearing pre-tightening applications
- Grooveless Series: Solid annular structure providing higher overall stiffness, perfect for heavy-load bearing assemblies
Both series share the core advantage of multi-plate parallel connection that achieves uniform load force distribution. Load multiples increase with the same displacement volume, effectively improving bearing assembly stability while reducing vibration and noise during operation.
The selection between grooved and grooveless designs depends on specific application requirements. For precision and high-speed performance critical scenarios, the grooved design offers enhanced flexibility and superior stress management. For heavy-load applications demanding greater structural integrity, the grooveless variant provides the necessary stiffness and durability.
